1. About these terms
These terms apply to Parcel Panic (also called Parcel Panic: Delivery Puzzle) and this website, provided by Arc & Logic Solutions. By using them, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you are too young to enter an agreement where you live, your parent or guardian must review these terms and authorize your use and any purchases.
The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Apple and Google also apply their own store and payment terms. For an App Store download, Apple's standard licensed application agreement applies where applicable. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
2. Playing fairly
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to play the game and use its content for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms. Game artwork, music, code and other content belong to us or our licensors; downloading the game does not transfer ownership of that content.
Do not use the game to break the law, interfere with services, exploit purchase or reward systems, distribute unauthorized copies, or bypass payment verification. Restrictions apply only where permitted by law and do not limit rights that the law specifically grants you.
3. Coins, virtual items & purchases
The game may offer optional coin packs, an additional permanent heart slot, removal of automatic ad breaks, and decoration collections through Apple or Google Play. The store shows the applicable local price and payment confirmation before purchase. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Coins can be earned through play or bought, and spent on available hearts, boosters and individual decorations. Coins and virtual items are licensed digital content for use only within Parcel Panic. They have no cash redemption value and cannot be sold or transferred to another player. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law.
A permanent extra heart increases your maximum regenerating heart capacity by one; it does not provide unlimited retries. Permanent items have no scheduled expiration while the game remains available and the purchase remains valid. In-game offers describe the specific items included.
4. Ads, hearts & rewards
Failing or ending a run can cost a heart and reset your winning streak. Hearts recover over time up to your available capacity. If you run out, you can wait for recovery or use an available in-game offer.
The free game may show automatic ads between runs. Optional rewarded videos grant the stated reward after the advertising service confirms completion. Videos and rewards depend on availability; closing or failing to complete a video may mean no reward is earned.
No ad breaks removes automatic interstitial ads. It does not remove optional rewarded videos. Advertisers are responsible for their own offers; following an ad takes you to a separate service with its own terms.
5. Local saves & restoring purchases
Progress, coin balances, boosters and game preferences are stored on your device. The game currently has no cloud-save account. Clearing app data, removing the app or changing devices can lose that local data. We cannot promise to recover it.
Use Settings → Restore purchases with the same store account to restore eligible permanent purchases. A connection and successful store verification are required. Previously delivered consumable coin packs and spent balances are not restored from purchase history. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Apple and Google Play.
6. Purchase problems & refunds
If a paid item does not arrive, contact games@arcandlogic.com with the product, store, approximate purchase date and order reference. Do not send payment-card details. Avoid buying the same item again while a purchase is still pending.
Refund requests are handled under the applicable store's process and your legal rights. You can request help through Apple's refund instructions or Google Play's refund instructions. Refunded, canceled or revoked purchases may lose the related entitlement. Nothing in these terms makes a non-waivable refund right unavailable.
7. Updates & availability
We may update levels, rewards, balance, pricing of future offers and features to maintain and improve the game. Offers and compatibility may vary by platform or version. Online features depend on your connection and third-party services and may be interrupted. We will communicate material changes or discontinuation as required by law and respect rights relating to content you have already purchased.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address serious abuse or a breach of these terms, subject to applicable law. You can stop using the game at any time. These terms may be revised; we will update the effective date and provide additional notice or seek agreement where required.
8. Your legal rights
We aim to keep the game working well, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device. To the extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided as available. Any mandatory warranties, consumer protections and remedies in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or other conduct for which the law does not allow a limitation. Please contact us first about a problem so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using available store, regulator or court remedies.
